So it sometimes happens that, when we load the roaster with specific amounts of coffee, there’s a little left in the bag but not enough to roast a full batch in the optimal way. These coffees still hold excellent quality, so we thought that instead of letting them go to waste, we’d mix the remaining lots and release them as limited-edition blends.
