MAMAM was founded in Szczecin in 2022. We are a collective of people who have been involved in specialty coffee for years. Our experience spans working behind the bar, running cafés, training, sourcing green coffee, roasting, quality control and judging competitions in Poland and abroad.
How we work
Quality, transparency and humility are at the heart of what we do. We select coffees for their quality and for the people and stories behind them.
We want to build greater awareness of coffee and approach it with kindness, care and integrity. To talk about it clearly and honestly, without taking away the pleasure.
